What Causes Delay In Periods Along With Negative Pregnancy Test?

I am over ten days late on my period. Took morning after pill 60 hours after unprotected sex. The unprotected sex was at the end of my period. I have taken four home pregnancy tests and one hcg QUALitative serum test. All negative. Still no period ... Is it possible hcg not at detectable levels yet,and I in fact pregnant?

I understand your query and concern.
Your symptoms asre suggestive of hormonal imbalance secondary to intake of pulls.Normally post period that is before 9 the day of menstrual cycle is safe period.Since you had sex before 9 the day safe and also you have taken pill post sex,so you need not worry,you can't be pregnant.I advise you to get a Transvaginal ultrasound asbdomen immediately to rule out pregnancy anyways.Also get your blood work up done.You need to take Iron folic acid,biotin immediately as you had blood loss due to pills.Take healthy diet.Use barrier contraceptive s or Oral contraceptive pills for 3 months to regulate your menstrual cycles for three months.Consult your gynecologist and review with reports.
