Hi,

Glutathione does not affect your periods. You can go for a urine pregnancy test to confirm whether you are pregnant or not. If periods delayed for long, you can consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
