What Causes Delay In Menstruation?

Hello mam, Am 24yrs old..I have 35days cycle usually..my lmp was sep 21st..almost 48days crossed I havn t got my periods yet..I my upt shows negative..I had a tvs strday nd got my result wit thick endometrium but no sac...am really worried pls solve my problem... Thanks

Hi,
If you have always had a regular cycle, this delay needs to be investigated further. The sonogram can be repeated after a couple of weeks. You can also get the serum beta-hCG titers done, if needed in serial counts. Doubling titers suggest good progress. Hope this helps.
