After intercourse some amount of semen - about half an ml or so does flow out from the vagina. It is normal. The majority of the bulk is already ejaculated in the uterus and the vagina. That is the discharge you are describing.

Even though, during the sex, man has withdrawn his penis from the vagina before ejaculation, there is insensible pre-ejaculation secretion discharged in to the vagina. This secretion does contain few sperms which are capable of fertilizing the egg and cause the pregnancy.

So if you have missed your period, get your urine pregnancy test and/or ultrasonography done 8-10 days after the missed period to find any evidence of pregnancy. Done earlier, there are good many chances of false negative results. Beta hCG tests are more sensitive and specific; hence these tests give reliable results even within a couple of days after missed period.
