What Causes Delay In Menstruation, Sore Breast And Lower Abdominal Pain After Taking Vyvanse 50mg?

I have been taking 50mg vyvanse, and I haven t had my period in almost two months. I have all the symptoms I usually do before my period starts, sore breast and back, but I have also been experiencing lower left abdominal pain and have been very gassy. What could this mean?

I really appreciate your concern, drug could be the cause of this but it can be due to hyperacidity and it may be infection to if this fails to respond to Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg once in day hope this information helps.
