Iam chandan i am 17 yrs old weight 58 kg height 5'10 i have no major disease till know and i go for a gym and i also ate gutka which contain tobacco,betulnut and sometime i smoke sometime i ate wine once in a month but i go for a gym this can reduce my stamina power or what overall i need stamina power or should i quit this
