What Causes Dark Spots On Legs?

hello my 4 year old daughter has dark spots on her lower leg and on the upper chest they are actually spots mostly everywhere on her body. but they are mostly on her lower legs and top of her feet. i took her to her pediactrican they first stated flea bites. so she broke out agin i took her back agin they said flea bites, then i said i wanted her to see a dermatologist. the dermatologist first stated they didn t know what it was but it was not flea bites. do they did a culture of one of the bumps that was comming. lab results came back clean nothing detected. i don t know what to do she states to me that they hurt. i ve got pictures if you would like to see them.this has been going on since she was 1 but went away and came back when she turned 3 and to the present please help me.

Hi, from the history, these lesions appear to be flea bites with superadded infection. But i suggest you to revert back with some good pictures to confirm the diagnosis. Take care.
