What Causes Dark Spots On Labia Majora?

ok...so I m 62 and have had black spots on my labia majora for maybe 10 years...my last family physician asked about them but when I said I had had them for a while she didn t seem concerned. They are almost like little blood blisters. They don t hurt or itch but i was wondering what it could be....is it a type of std? I am not sexually active so hmmm. What are your thoughts...

Hello,

I don't think this can be related to STD and you are not sexually active also. I don't think that it is something to worry about.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
