What Causes Dark Scabs On Penis In A Sexually Active Person?

I ve recently noticed a bump on my penis that has by now shrunken in size but now there are several non itchy bumps on the lower part of my shaft in the crease closer to the pelvis. These bumps have been there for about a week and have now turned into very dark colored scabs. My girlfriend and I have unprotected sex very often but she has no symptoms and has been checked 3-4 times within the past couple of years always coming back negative. I m getting tested on Monday but would like to know if this is just a rash or is it an std? Is there any way to tell without looking? They don t itch unless I touch them and I feel no pain and I don t feel sick at all. Could this be a reaction to the new lavender soap I ve been using or even not washing my penis well enough after sex? Or even from oral sex after she ate?

Hello dear,
Understand your cause

Following are the cause of your problem
1. Hygiene problem: improper washing lead to segma that is deposited under fore skin irritate penile area and produce reaction
2. Balanitis,
caused by poor hygiene, especially insufficient washing under the foreskin area.
Thrush, psoriasis, skin sensitivity or allergy to a product used on the penis 3. overuse: too rough sexual activity
4. Fungal infection: in warm enviorment.
5. STDs:
1. Syphilis
2. Gonorrhoea
3. Herpes
4. Human papiloma virus
5. Chlamydia
6. Hepatitis
7. Gonorrhea
8. HIV
It is transmitted through oral, vaginally and anal sex.
After infection symptoms occur with in 2-14 days.

So I think It is hygiene problem or allergy.
Take following advice:
1.Change to a simple, unperfumed soap.
2. Use aqueous cream.
3. Salt bath: Put two handfuls of salt in the bath
4. Do not use biological powders when washing your underpants
5. Showering after a workout, changing underwear (Pure cotton loose) frequently,
using a clean towel to dry off with and not redressing until the area is completely dry
6. Use penis vitamin formula-:
with vitamins, minerals and shea butter-
it moisturizes the skin and prevents flaking or cracked skin while revitalizing and enhancing the sensitivity of the penis
7. Apply anti fungal clotrimazole cream if severe or not resolved.
8. Use safer sex technique. Use condom if no allergy.
Maintain hygiene after and before sex.
If not resolves go for test for STds

For diagnosis you have to consult doctor and do testing for STDs:
1. Gram stain and culture
2. PCR and nucleic acid amplification test:swab should be taken from urethra

Following are the advice of Gonorrhea/Chlymadia:
1. Drugs: Cetriaxone 500 mg Intra mascular stat and Azithromycin 1 gram stat, because to treat gonorrhea and chlamydia.
It also overcome ceftriaxone resistance

Hope this may help you.
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
