What Causes Dark Liquid Discharge From Breasts?
I have a liquid that leaks from both of my breast. This has been going on for about 6 or more years but is now getting a little more worse and they are getting more tender than usual. the color of the liquid will range from a clear color to a pus color and the worse is a black color but when I wipe it off it turns to a teal color when it dries.

It's difficult to diagnose without examining based on your description I think there could be nipple adenoma or papilloma, or malignancy. I advise you to consult your doctor and get examined to see If there is any associated lump in the breast. Get mammogram, ultrasound done for proper diagnosis.
