What Causes Dark Coloured Spots And Tiny Lumps On Arms And Upper Part Of Knees?
Hello sir, I have some dark coloured spot which look like tine pimples on my arms,upper part of knees and pubic area.. It does not give itchyness however it look very durty.. its been observed that this pimple like elevations are developed on sweat openings or pores.. Please guide why this happens and how to get rid of it...

Your problem can be most likely Keratosis Pilaris. If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful in identifying. Peeling creams and aloe vera gel will be helpful.
