Dark colour of your face, hands, back and neck after swimming is due to tanning caused by sun exposure. You should apply high spf water proof sunscreen 15- 20 minutes before you go for swimming. Also take a shower after swimming and use a moisturizer on your body to nulify the effects of chlorinated water. This will definitely help you in reducing tan.
