Hi,

It may be ecchymosis. The blood oozed from capillaries of skin and spread in the lower layers of skin. The precipitating factor may be trauma or rubbing. It is mild and harmless condition and may vanish in few days to weeks. Still, you may consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis. I would recommend you to apply thrombophob oint. Take vitamin C and K tablets for few days.

Hope this helps.
