Understanding your concern. As p[er your query you have symptoms of
dark circles around the eyes which is due to lack of sleep and
tiredness and due to change in life style and can be treated easily . I would suggest you to :-
- Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrate , Drink at least 8-9 glasses of water .
- Avoid Caffeine consumption , which is also one of the contributing factor .
- Apply rose water for 15 minutes and then wash away.
- Take proper rest , At least 6 hour of sleep is necessary .
- Cut a fresh cucumber into thick slices and chill them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Put the slices on dark circles for about 10 minutes twice a day .
If the condition doesn't improve then
consult dermatologist for proper treatment and go for pulsed
light therapy.
