Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Home pregnancy tests may not be of much use in your case as ovulation cannot be predicted with ease. You can get the estimation of the serum beta-hCG titers along with a trans-vaginal sonogram to clarify the situation. Thus the status of the pelvic organs also can be found. If pregnancy is excluded, hormone imbalance should be suspected and further management planned accordingly. Proper hormone levels, regular ovulation and a patent tube are essential for ease of conception. Hope this helps.
