What Causes Dark Brown Stools And Severe Abdominal Pain?

Abdo pain, suspected duodenal ulcer in oct, tablets taken but now Lower abdo pain developed in lower right just to the left side of hip bone. Now gritty dark brown stools after a week of constipation and severe abdo pain accross whole abdomen with bowel movements. What could this be?

I really appreciate your concern, I had gone through the history given here such diffuse kind of abdomen pain could be due to abdomen colic and it could be intestinal colic, renal colic, biliary colic, dark brown stool may be due to diet.
The color and the consistency of stool is due to diet taken and if it is ever creating any doubt, the stool need to be send for lab test without this is difficult to say anything, constipation some time causes the blood stained stool.
Antispasmodic medicine can be tried like Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen else the underlying cause of abdomen pain would be matter of concern, in my opinion ultrasonography is the best option that could clears the picture.
