What Causes Dark Blood Posts And Negative Pregnancy Test?

I am 23yrs and have always had normal periods. This month I started spotting dark red on and off. The first time was 2 weeks after my period so i thought i could be pregnant but have tested negative. Could i still be pregnant or could it be something else?

Do not concern.
As you told that your pregnancy test is negative, there is least chance that you are pregnant.
Now comes to your symptoms of spotting and delayed period, the possible reason behind that might be some hormonal changes in your body or another factors like your stress and anxiety in your daily life.

Although you are still in confusion , you can consult a gynecologist and confirm the fact by going through ultrasonography examination.

Stay healthy.
All the best and take care.
