Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per my clinical experience, this indicates possible flare up of underlying IBS from stress. Primary guidelines at present are:
- Drink more liquids.
- Consume bland, vegan diet with avoidance of spices, nonveg, oily food.
- Add intake of fresh yogurt in diet.
- Prescription of probiotic and specific IBS medicines as mesacol or others is mandatory to control the bleeding in better way.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
