What Causes Curved And Twisted Penis?

One of my testicle is lower than the other and also I can feel something like nerves inside it is curled. skin get removed like cream after hours. black spots can be seen. and also scratching in the penis and testicles. penis is twisted to the left and curved too. what can be the disease?
