hi,

As mentioned you the brief history i am able to understand that you have bronchial asthma and due to this you are feeling croup in chest.

I will advice to perform regular breathing exercises, like -
Deep breathing
Diaphragmatic breathing
Costal breathing
Pursed lip breathing
Abdominal breathing

Also to understand here, that the body needs constant supply of oxygen and oxygen is the major energy source of the human body. So keeping the lungs to the optimum is more important. Even medicine will have a symptomatic relief, but the natural medicine is your own body which has the capacity to heal many things which medicine does not.

I have seen many cases with BA, and i only recommend to perform regular breathing exercises with general exercises.

They feel better and the ADL are performed at ease.

With the grace of God , i wish you a good health.
