What Causes Cramps With Clear Fluid Discharge?

Hi, I had a normal period last month and I m not due for my next until the end of this month. I have terrible cramps and heavy clear liquid discharge, almost as if I ve pee d on myself. I did take a pregnancy test just in case and it was negative. The cramps come and go but sometimes they are unbearable. Not sure what to do and I m scheduling an appointment with my Ogyn tomorrow.

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Cramps in lower abdomen and excessive clear vaginal discharge are most commonly present around the time of ovulation, under the effect of hormones.
If ovulation is not a possibility, then vaginal infection should be ruled out.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
