What Causes Cramps In Lower Abdomen On Exposure To UV Light?
I feel crampy in my lower abdomen while I am in a tanning session and for a short while after. I've had an ablation done in the last few years and have had no periods since. I'm not sure if it pertains but I thought I would mention this. Is it possible for the UV rays to cause these cramps or affect my uterus?

on exposure to UV rays you might be dehydrated
in my opinion you should have plenty of fluids to keep yourself well hydrated
take tab pantoprazole 40 mg once daily with antacids
if it persist please go for an ultrasound as such you are not having periods
