I get cramps in my feet at night, this happens when I turn-over in bed, I get the cramps every night between 4 am and 7am. I always have to get up and walk around, the cramp is worse in my left leg and lasts for 15 to 20 minutes. I am unable to go back to bed for about 2 hours. I am a Diabetic and an Asthmatic
Dear sir, The calf cramps that you are talking about is a very common feature of peripheral neuropathy which is commonly due to diabetes. I suggest you start on methylcobolmin and pregablin(75mg) combination , daily one tablet at night for one month. A local analgesic cream when applied over the affected area before going to sleep will also help.
