What Causes Cramps And Pain In Stomach With Diarrhea?
Got very ill 3 days ago. Felt sick to my stomach, very nauseous and had horrible green watery diarrhea. I had to work that night so I took 2 Imodium ad tablets and passed my first bowel movement today but it was orange and foul smelling. My stomach also has horrible cramps and pain that will not go away. What is wrong with me??

Hi there!
Pain in abdomen while you are having diarrhea indicates an infectious origin usually. You are definitely having an acute gastroenteritis.
You actually need an antibiotic now.
In my opinion you should start taking TABLET ENTAMIZOLE DS (Metronidazole + Diloxanide Furate) three times a day for 5 days and TABLET NO-SPA (Drotaverine) three times a day or you may take it when you are having spasmodic pain.
