What Causes Cramps And Diarrhea After Drinking Milk?

I always get cramps and diarrhea after drinking milk or having melted cheese. It usually occurs as quickly as 10 minutes or sometime takes an hour or so. Block cheese does not upset my stomach, nor does ice cream. Milk is the worst. What is wrong with me??
