What Causes Cramping, Lower Back Pain And Nausea After IVF Treatment?

Hi Doctor, I have had ivf for 11 days already. At My first week, I only experience small cramping. then my second week i started to have lower back pain and some time feel tired. And couple days ago I had nausea after eating breakfast and dinner. however, I had tested Hcg At home on day 6 and 10 but result was negative. does this mean I fail? My mood swing is terrible too.

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. All your symptoms suggest successful implantation. You have to get the estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres to clarify. Urine tests read well only 3 weeks after implantation, so cannot be helpful so early. A sonogram of the pelvis preferably in the trans-vaginal route a week later will help to clarify the situation.
