General Surgeon 's  Response
hi.

based from your description, it could be a urinary tract infection or possibly a stone somewhere in your urinary tract. it is best if you consult with a doctor, preferably a urologist, for medical and physical examination. urinalysis may be requested. further diagnostic evaluation and management (medical and/or surgical) will be directed accordingly.

hope this helps.

good day!!
