What Causes Cramping In The Lower Abdomen?

I was having pregnancy symptoms before my period was due 2 weeks ago. Then when my period was due i spotted brown then a little pink then i bled a little for 2 days, my period normally lasts 5 days and is really heavy this was 1 pad a day and finished. But now 6 weeks on am feeling intermittant cramping in my lower abdomn, could i be pregnant?

pregnancy is certainly possible, and you should take a pregnancy test to make sure. however, there are many other possible reasons for cramping and symptoms like you describe. infections, cysts, hormonal disorders, endometriosis, are just a few possibilities. so if this continues, you should see your doctor. if this goes away after a.month or two, you probably have nothing to worry about.
