What Causes Cramping, Bloating And Dizziness After Switching From Implanon To Loestrin?

Switched from Implanon to Loestrin Fe (April 24, 2014). Did not take pills at the same time every day. I am experiencing cramping, bloating, nausea, dizziness, and cravings. My LMP was May 3, 2014. I have yet to receive my period. I have taken a home pregnancy test and recieved a negative result. Could I still possibly be pregnant? I am concerned because I am also a Type I Diabetic and know that I need to seek prenatal care As soon as Possible.

Pregnancy tests detect the HCG hormone.

This hormone is released by day 11 to 14 of pregnancy so if the test was done in this time frame it is accurate.
If it was done before this time , then it should be repeated.
