Hi,

Welcome to HCM,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

on dentures, missing of big particals and accidental swallowing can cause cough.

chew several times, eat small gulps and take time to swallow.

in case of persistence needs ent evaluation to rule out other causes of aspiration causing cough.
