What Causes Cough And Headache Behind Right Eye?
Severe headaches started a month and a half ago. Usually starts behind the right eye and may spread to whole right side of head. Sometimes the pain is behind both eyes, or may start n back of head. Can last from a few minutes to a few hours. Come and go all day. Coughing to much, head being lower than body, hunger, direct sunlight and cold air can trigger it. 800mg of Ibuprofen stops the pain n a few minutes and lasts all day. But the next day it starts all over again

As per your query you have cough and headache behind right eye which is due to upper respiratory tract infection. Need not to worry. For now do warm saline gargles. Take steam inhalation, proper rest, and keep yourself hydrated. Maintain hygiene. Take diet rich in multivitamins.
I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination as the infection has already spread. You should get throat swab test, viral culture test, and complete blood profile to find out the extent of an infection. You should start with an antibiotic such as augmentin along with decongestants and anti-inflammatory such as levocetirizine. Doctor may also refer you to an orthopedician if he/she finds your muscle pain to be severe.
