What Causes Cough And Body Ache?

Hi! I felt like I had the flu with coughing and aches over my whole body. Today, I woke up feeling better but my cough still persists and there is a deep pain seems under my right shoulder blade, and, there is a weakness on my right side of my body (arms, shoulder and hands). I also have a shortness of breath!
