General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I understand your concern.
Itchy eyes,sneezing,nasal congestion,cough.
It seems you have allergic rhinitis.
You need not worry as it can be managed.
-Antihistaminics like oral cetrizine once a day for 5 days
-nasal decongestant spray containing oxymetazoline for 3 days
-steam inhalation thrice a day
-Avoid exposure to cold environment,pollen,dust.
Even if there is evidence of bacterial infection, antibiotics like axithromycin /amocycillin can be taken. There is no problem in getting pregnant with it except if you are put on oral steroids for more than 10 days.
Pregnancy can be planned.
Hope this information helps.
Thanks
