I have an occasional cough after blowing my nose or eating. To clear the cough, I have to cough hard and gag. The past few months I have started throwning up (not every time) to clear it. My jawline gets very itchy, on the outside, after eating. I just ate some mint chocolate ice cream. My jawline got very itchy and I started coughing. I threw up the ice cream and the itching and coughing stopped. I went to an Allergist and was re-tested for Allergies. He said that I do not have any food allergies (though 11 years ago the Skin Tests said I did), but have environmental ones still. At that time he said that I had Oral Allergy Syndrome - and he said that I still have OAS. Why do I throw up after eating?
