What Causes Convulsions And Vomiting?

My 16 year old daughter has been having tremors and convulsions daily for about 2 months now. Each episode lasts anywhere from 30 mins to an hour. Shathrasher33@e is fully conscious during the episode, her pupils are fully dilated and she often vomits during the episode. She can hear and see while she is convulsing but is unable to speak or move. She has had an EEG and it came back normal. Any ideas what could possibly be causing these almost daily episodes?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
As per your history is concerned your daughter is suffering from convulsions .Lots of pathological causes are there for it so let us check it from grassroot level.Take multivitamin A-Z syrup regularly for B6 deficit.Check her body temp every 6 hours and record it If elevation of temp is found do a complete blood count with differential and a para check for malaria.Do EEG test of brain to diagnose epilepsy disorder.Do MRI to ruled out any intracranial mass present or not.So nothing to be worried at all. Thanks
