Hi,
In the current scenario, please exclude pregnancy through a serum beta-hCG titre estimation. Contractions could be transferred from the uterus and the cervix or due to some retained clot in the vagina trying to get expelled. If pregnancy is excluded, please consult a specialist for further evaluation. Infections also have to be ruled out. An anti-spasmodic is always useful. Please maintain genital hygiene; avoid sexual intercourse and lifting weights. Hope you find this information useful. Wish you good health.
