What causes continuous pain in the left side?

Hello I been having left side pain for 3 weeks I sit down and it hurts and I stand up it still hurts I been taking antibiotics My doctor said no bumps but might be an infection since he felt where the epidimitis starts and it felt a little uncomfortable there I was feeling good for two days without working out I usually workout a lot

As per your history and description, possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more likely. Your pain is associated with movements and specific positions. Your pain is subsided on rest (not working out).

So, the possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more. Therefore, avoid movements causing pain. Apply warm water pad on affected areas of chest. Also, avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise. Take simple painkiller like Paracetamol or Ibuprofen medicines.
