What Causes Continuous Cough After Frequent Oral Sex?

Hi, how are you. I have had a continuous cough that has been more irritating than anything else. I have no flu or cold-like symptoms. I have tried cough medicine, but nothing seems to work. I am involved with someone frequently and I perform oral sex on him often. I also have another person that I see from time to time and everytime I perform oral sex on him, I get this same cough for long periods of time...maybe 2 or 3 weeks. Do you know what the problem is?

Hi

Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum

The symptoms described by you could be related to aspiration of the gastric secretions during the act. Also, Laryngopharyngeal Reflux has to be ruled out. This is secondary to acid reflux. Best, is to get your larynx examined by your doctor. Cough syrups may not be beneficial.

Avoid coffee/tea, smoking and alcohol (if any). Drink plenty of warm water.

Regards
