OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Loose stools, uneasy feeling and pressure in the pelvis can be due to gastroenteritis or can be present in early labour.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined and treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you w good health.
