What Causes Contagious Cold?

Sir, I am having cold with saliva for some months. In my office all are get affected with my cold and they are also coughing. I tested for sputum (TB) and it is negative. If it is not TB then what else ? What checkup should i do next ? Thanks

NOTHING to worry. Most of the cases they r viral infection( like adeno viruses). Usually releived without medications within 2-3 days. You only need symtomatic treatment like paratimol for fever, anti histaminic / decongestant nasal drop for running nose, girgle,plenty of fluid etc. And use mask to prevent spread and take rest
