What Causes Constipation?

Hello doctor.. my baby is 15 months old ? last month she suffered with diarrahea ..now she is fine but she is passing potty black in color and hardly ...previously she passed like so .... some times she is passing once in couple of days ....may i know the reason for it and is it a big problem please tell me the diet that i have to follow for her ?

hello. constipation is very common in toddlers. it can be prevented by ensuring good amount of fibres in diet. avoid refined wheat flour, instead use whole wheat flour.
leafy vegetables should be consumed in plenty. banana and other fruits can be given as well
