What Causes Constipation, Lower Abdominal Pain And Lightheadedness?
Started getting ill about 2 days. got flush and light headed with hot/ cold spells. I am having right lower abdomen pain and slowly getting worse. Pain is now stretches from the front to the back of my side. cannot sleep because of pain have not had bowel movement for 2 days have eaten very little in the last 2 days .What could this be?

Your symptoms seem to be related to appendicitis.
I would recommend you to go to the emergency room for a physical examination. An abdominal ultrasound is needed.
Meanwhile, I recommend using anti-inflammatory medication for the pain such as Ibuprofen.
