What Causes Constipation Followed By Loose Stools?

I do kickboxing and I got punched in the kidneys today ever since I've had really bad stomach cramps and I have to go to the toilet a lot and I get constipated but when it comes out it's bright yellow and runny, what's the chance they're related and what can I do to stop it?

Being kicked in the kidney area in kickboxing and then bright yellow watery stools indicate that there may be an injury to the colon near the kidney that has irritated the colon mucosa and hence the problems that you are facing.
I would advise you the following:
• Consult a general surgeon and get a contrast enhanced CT scan of the abdomen and colonoscopy if required to get the most proper diagnosis and get treated accordingly.
• Also, get a stool test and if there is an infection get an antibiotic cover.
