What Causes Constipation, Bloating And Loss Of Appetite?

I am 46 yr old lady. I have severe constipation. In spite of daily motion I feel bloated recently.Colonoscopy revealed haemorroids otherwise normal study. doctor advised Lubowel 24 mcg cap twice a day and dipep cap thrice a day. I am taking these medicinesfor last 7 days but now I am passing loose motion 8-10 times a day. I have loss of appetite feel very weak. On taking small amout of feed I feel full. I am obese and if it helps me to loss weight I may continue please advise me

I really appreciate your concern.

Loose motion and loss of appetite might be related to lubowel.
Excessive loose motion may cause dehydration and electrolyte imbalances so I would advise you to reduce its doses and have lots of fluids like ORS lemon water and fruit juices to counter dehydration and electrolyte disturbances.

Dipep capsule is an enzyme supplement so you can continue with Dipep, I would advise you to take it twice daily instead of thrice.

Both the medicines doesn't help in loosing weight and not advisable for long term use.
To loose weight, I would advise you for dietary modifications and physical exercise regularly,
Get your blood test to rule out thyroid disorders.

in case of excess obesity you can take anti obesity medicine under medical supervision.
