What Causes Constipation And White Spots On The Stool?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I have recently returned from Asia (8 days ago) when I experienced minor GI issues obviously due to food and the heat. My stool has only hardened in the last two days, and now it has white spots over it and it doesnt float; any ideas?
