What Causes Constipation And Shortness Of Breath After Having Gall Bladder Removed?

Hi my wife had surgery to remove her gallbladder a week ago. Shes hasnt had a bowel movement shes has shortness of breath dizziness when she stands up its starting to freakme out the dr said its part of the medicine they used so they could get the gallbladder removed

One week has passed she has not passed stool. Is she taking plenty of fluids and is she passing urine in normal quantity.Is she taking proper food see that these things are taken care for these may help.If i have to treat such a patient i will give her milk of magnesia 30ml daily for afew days.Check her blood is normal if in doute get her Hb tested.No other medicines are required now.
