What causes constipation and severe belching ?

Dear Sir,

Im a male of 42 yrs. A teacher by profession. Ht 170 cm wt 64 kg and a tee totaller. I take non veg very very occassionally.

I have severe belching problem and get headache since six years. There is no burning sensation in the food pipe. I was treated for H pylori 4 yrs ago. Have visited all major hospitals in India, but nothing was found clinically.

Now since 7 months im have constipation and am dependent on isabgol completely. what could be the problem and what specilist should i visit?
