What Causes Constipation And Pain During Urination?
I am a 40 yr old female with no children. I have recently started drinking more water. In the last week I have been drinking about 56 oz or water a day and the last two days I have had 84 oz. Prior to a couple of weeks ago I had almost no water intact.
I have pain when I urinate (about every 45 mins) about 60% of the time. The urine is clear in colour. I have just started have pain on the right side a little below the waist on the back. I am extremely constipated even though I do use a fiber therapy. Additionally, if I am not constipated I have diarehha (I do not remember a time in life when this has not been the case).
The odd thing is this has happened everytime I have introduce water into my diet for the last few years. I have fibromyalgia so I am not positive the pain is related to the current issue.
