What Causes Constipation And Pain Around The Rectum?
I have not had a normal bowel movement for 3-4 days. They are mustard yellow and just small particals,very little solid,I can not pass gas without leakage. I have become sore around the rectum,and hemrords are starting to bleed. This goes on day and night.

Constipation may be secondary to lack of fiber intake, intestine motility-related issue or else.
Hemorrhoid seems to flare up via excess pressure over the rectum.
Plenty of liquids, high fiber diet, bulk-forming laxatives, sitz bath and lifestyle modifications would play a key role in the outcome.
