What Causes Constipation And Indigestion With Shortness Of Breath?

Hi, I m a 29 year old female who has no past medical history with history of 2 c-sections and tubal. Last period was around 3 weeks ago usally they are every 28 days or so and last bm was today but have history of constipation, hemmeroids, and indigestion. i have noticed within the past several months that i bruise easier now and my main concern is a mass i feel in my mid epigastric region that causes SOB and pain more so when lying on my side. At times this mass seems as though it moves as if i was pregnant. This mass pulsates that is very strong lying on my back. thanks

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about a 29 year old female, 2 C-sections and tubal, regular periods, have history of constipation, hemorrhoids and indigestion, bruise easier now, mass in mid-epigastric region, pulsates when laying on back.
As per the history you have provided, constipation is the basic cause of hemorrhoids and indigestion might be the cause or can be effect.
I would advise you the following:
Get the stool tested as also blood and urine.
X-ray and ultrasound of abdomen,
These will give an idea about possible cause.
A course of an antibiotic, metronidazole may helps for control of indigestions.
Add on stool softeners and laxatives so that proper bowel movement starts occurring.
Identify the foods and beverages that instigate or enhance your problems.
Avoid stress and/or anxiety
The pulsations can be felt in the upper abdomen is usually present if you are lean and thin or there is some intervening mass. You can get this confirmed by an Ultrasound or a CT scan. If there is something found so, you can get treated accordingly.
